• Standard delivery 3-5 days -  £3.95. 

Time frame will begin the following working day (excl. Bank or Public Holidays).

Returns and refunds

We are sure you will love your 'retreat in a box' but if you are not totally happy with your purchase or have just changed your mind, please do get in touch at mamretreats@gmail.com within 28 days of purchase and we will do our best to help.

• We accept returns within 28 days of purchase.

• To be eligible for a return, the items must be returned in their original packaging and unopened. If however, you are unhappy with a specific product or feel it is faulty, please do get in touch.

• Please kindly note if you received the box as a gift, we can only issue a refund to the original purchaser via the method they paid.

• Please kindly note you will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning the item. Please consider using a tracking option as we cannot be held responsible for your returned item not reaching us.
